To The Customer: PCM SUPPLY PROMOTES MOTORCYCLE SAFETY. In order for your new helmet to do its job effectively it must fit properly. For a proper fit, measure the longest distance around your head, at eyebrow level above the ears. Be sure to use an accurate measuring device that shows inches (in) and centimeters (cm). They can be obtainable at any fabric store. Your eyes should be approximately in the center of the eye port with the top edge of the liner padding just above the eyebrows.

Check horizontal and vertical movement:  A properly fitted helmet will cause the skin to move as the helmet moves - and the wearer will feel as if evenly-distributed pressure is being exerted around the head.

Retention Check: Fasten the chin strap, grab the back of the helmet's bottom edge and try to roll the helmet off your head. If it comes off, or comes close the coming off, it is too large.

Pressure Point Check: After wearing the helmet for a few minutes, remove the helmet and observe the coloration of the skin at the cheeks and forehead. A reddening of the skin indicates a pressure point. Pressure points can cause headaches and may require that you purchase the next size up.
