Do you have a size exchange
policy? Yes, we do offer
free size exchange for customers in Continental USA (48 states). We do not
charge S&H on the exchange but we do ask that you pay for the item to be shipped
back to us. Item received must be in original unused condition. To keep things
easy for our customers we don’t require RMA number. We do NOT process refunds OR
size exchange for our international customers and customers from HAWAII and
ALASKA.
Do you ship to PO Box & APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Box and
APO address. Simply select USPS shipping option during checkout. Shipping price
for jackets, suits, pants and few other items might be higher by $19.99.
Do you offer combined
shipping discount?
Yes, we do:

For continental USA customers; Additional
items ship free. We only charge shipping for one item - the item with highest
shipping amount. All additional items ship free. As example if you buy pants
with jacket, pants will ship without any shipping charge with jacket. Simply buy
all items that you want and use pay now button in any one of the listings to go
through our checkout system. Our checkout system will automatically apply the
discount.

For international customers or continental USA
customers with PO Box shipping address or for customers outside of continental
USA (Hawaii, Alaska etc.): We offer half off on additional items. Item with
highest shipping cost is charged full amount and after that each additional item
get half off on shipping.
What is your feedback
policy?
We believe in leaving
prompt feedback once we receive payment. Feedback for customers who use Paypal
eChecks or Money Order/Checks will receive feedback once payment is cleared.
Do you deal with wholesales
and retailers?
Yes we do, we list bulk items on eBay as well. If you
are wholesale or retailer please contact us.
Do you allow pickups at
your location?
NO, we don’t offer pickups.
Can I change my order or
give special instructions?
Please don’t leave such information in
checkout or Paypal payment notes. If it’s important please contact us using eBay
– “contact seller” link. As per eBay policy all of our listings are for specific
product, color and size. Please make sure you are buying the right item. Asking
for change of size or color might significantly delay shipment of your item and
we won’t be responsible if we can’t fulfill your request.
Can you mark my item as
gift for international orders?
No, we cannot however you
will still get a great deal since our prices are highly discounted.
I am international customer. Do I have to pay customs taxes or
duties?
Yes, you are responsible
for your country specific customs tax or duties and we don’t know how much they will be. Our shipping charges do not include country specific customs taxes or
duties.
Can you do item size exchange or
refund for international orders?
Unfortunately we cannot offer size
exchange or refund to our international customers and customers from Alaska,
Hawaii and any other locations outside of the 48 US states.
